Description of Service Brynq provides an agent orchestration and communication broker platform. The Service allows users to connect third-party AI models to perform automated tasks. 3. User Responsibilities & API Keys Users are solely responsible for providing their own API keys for third-party AI platforms (BYOK — Bring Your Own Keys). Brynq does not provide, subsidize, or manage API keys on behalf of users. Users are responsible for all usage costs incurred on third-party platforms. 4. Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 5. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Brynq AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or the actions of autonomous AI agents. 6. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.
